  • Kyle Eastwood

    Closing Agent, Attorney, Title Examiner & Managing Partner

    Kyle grew up and graduated high school in Mountain View, Oklahoma.  Upon graduation, Kyle attended the University of Oklahoma where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in 2007.  Kyle furthered his education by attending the University of Oklahoma School of Law, graduating in 2010 and becoming licensed to practice in Oklahoma in 2010.  Kyle has knowledge of real estate practice and has been a licensed broker since 2012.  Kyle became licensed for title insurance in Oklahoma in 2021.  Kyle offices out of Anadarko. 

  • Barry Squires

    Attorney, Lead Title Examiner

    Barry grew up and graduated high school in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. Upon graduation Barry majored in Finance at Oklahoma State Univeristy, graduating in 1990. Barry attended law school at the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 1993 and becoming licensed to practice in Oklahoma in 1993. Barry lives in the Carnegie area and stays extremely busy between his legal practice, farming and ranching operations, sitting on the Board of the Carnegie Co-op, as well as being youth leader at Alfalfa Baptist Church. Barry offices out of our Carnegie and Anadarko locations.

  • Melody Henderson

    Closing Agent

    Melody grew up in the Amber-Pocasset area and works at our Chickasha location. Melody has ten years of title and closing experience. Prior to beginning her journey in the title and closing world she worked in the banking industry for years. Melody is detail-oriented and brings the Precise to Precision.

  • John Nelson, Lawyer

    John Nelson is from Chickasha, where he graduated as Valedictorian of Chickasha High School. After high school, he attended Connors State College judging livestock. After graduating from Connors State College, Magna Cum Laude, John furthered his education at Oklahoma State University, all while continuing his passion of judging livestock. John graduated, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Animal Sciences from OSU. For his legal education, John attended UND School of Law. Upon graduation in 2023, John was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers and obtained a Certificate in Indian Law. John is admitted to the Oklahoma, North Dakota, Chickasaw and Cheyenne & Arapaho Bar. John now dedicates his time to giving back to the rural communities of Western Oklahoma, the same communities which provided so much during his upbringing.
